I don't run much on treadmills, so when I did 3 miles on one this weekend I did a lot of watching myself in the mirror, just to observe form and stuff. One thing I noticed was about my left knee. In the time that I land and then push off of my left foot, I noticed that my knee ever-so-slightly moved to the outside. I didn't notice this with my right knee; it didn't appear to move to either side at all, not like the left one.
So....what might cause this, is it something I should be worried about, is it something that can be remedied with weight training? I'm into my 3rd month of weight training, primarily for injury prevention purposes.
thanks

I wish I could help with the knee question. Have you observed your foot strike? Maybe you're pronating more on your left foot, causing the knee movement? As long as it isn't hurting, I'd imagine you're okay. I'd definitely pay attention to any signs of knee pain.
