I'm in my early 20s (fit/healthy), I randomly noticed one morning that my right testicle was higher in the scrotum while the left was in its "normal" position. Did nothing I can think of that could have caused this. The right testicle may also be slightly swollen, but it's hard to tell because it may just be "bunched up" higher in the scrotum. It has been like this for 2 weeks. No pain, but it feels awkward because of its changed position, and no abnormal lumps or anything (I have varicocele in the left side of scrotum that don't really cause any problems). It doesn't really seem to descend in the scrotum, just stays higher and maybe slightly more foreword than it used to. There has been no change over that last two week, but the change is significant and so I'm a bit paranoid about it. Thank you.

Hi one testicle is always lower than the other , cause if they were the same level banging in to each other would be uncomfortable its mother nature looking after you , Take care , x

I realize, one testicle is typically held higher than the other... I'm not talking about that. The testicle has moved much higher than its normal "range", and has remained there.
