This is a better treatment than bleach. Scabies.... natural remedy and low cost and non toxic... research Diatomaceous Earth (Food Grade) it kills mites. scabies are mites and it sucks. if the mites are sarcoptic mange(highly contagious) and you can get it from pets and give it to them too. I am mixing 3 parts Diatomaceous Earth to 7 parts grapeseed oil mix into a paste and rub it on your "bites" (scabies are mites that bite you and some folks get an allergic reactions to the bites) I also take a hot shower at night and then rub the pasty stuff on me (feels like a lotion and a little tiny bit scrachty) I take benedryl for the itch relief. I am powdering my cat n dog and all the furniture and baseboards. do not breath the Diatomaceous Earth as it can irritate you and not very healthy for your lungs. YOU must apply for 3-4 weeks straight and if you can treat the bed with it ( use a bed cover , they are usually availble for allergen protection too, that will quarenteen the bugs until they die) also treat the yard if you can with diatomaceaous earth to prevent reinfestation. (if it is dog mange it can be transmiited to dogs without dogs actually touching each other. so yea its highly contagious. I am seeing an allergist to confirm what kind of mite it is. Peace and do not dispair. by the way the DE costs about $6 for a 120z can and goes a long way. (if you have pets..... cats n dogs - start to add about a 1/4 or 1 tablespoon of Coconut oil in their food once a day, to kill parasites from the inside out ( the coconut oil need to be added gradually to their diet so they do not have adverse reaction like diahrea or toxins from the parasites dying off inside and out. Peace out.

I am a dietitian and firstly I would like to say taking 3000-6000 mg of vitamin C is ill advised. The upper safe limit for vitamin C is 2000mg for adults. Secondly, vitamin C is not proven to directly enhance your immune system regardless of anything you have been told.

Attention everyone there is a sure-fire cure for this terrible plague!!!!!!!!!!
Forget the bleach baths, tree oil, and any of the other stuff that doesn't work either, forget the expensive prescription only permethrin that barely works also.
The cure is Cayenne pepper that's right you heard it here, I bare witness it works, it's not for the light hearted but this cheap inexpensive herb you can get at your local grocery kills these buggers quickly and relieves any symptoms.
Here's what you need: vaseline, finely ground cayenne pepper.
Here's what I did: I put a very fine coating of vaseline on my fingers or palm of my hand and I took the bottle of cayenne pepper and poured some over the vaseline in my hand and then simply rub the pepper on my skin which was itching and infected, eventually I applied this coating over my chest, stomach, back, legs, wherever my finger could reach, after a while the pepper will begin to dissolve into your skin and it will burn like crazy... but as it's burning you it's also burning the mites and killing them.
Eventually the burn will subside and you will probably begin to itch again, simply repeat this cycle or apply it wherever you feel you need relief, ultimately you will have a nice residue of pepper on your skin, here's is what's gonna be the final nail in the coffin for the Scabies... Eventually you take a hot shower as much as you can bare, which may not be much with the pepper residue over your skin, but the shower will allow the water with the pepper residue to seep through your pores all over you body and once you get out the shower and dry off your body will be a flaming.. But know this afterwards; scabies as you know it will no longer exist they will for the most part be all fried & dead and you can start eating a healthy diet of veggies, fruits, herbs such as raw garlic, a drink of water mixed with cayenne pepper will along with eating garlic and other herbs will internally make your body repellant to these bugs and they will want to flee from you as quick as possible.
Vaseline, Cayenne Pepper: a simple cure for under $5.00

Hello BarMeade,
My wife had rashes on her hand for almost 3 months now and all the visits to doctor have failed. Finally we took the issue in our hands and did some research to find out she is the victim of scabies! Now as we were searching for solution we came across this forum. Thanks to you and people like you who post great information on the net! God bless you all! We are going to try DE and follow your instructions. I will comeback again and post our findings. Thanks again for posting!

Try using the permethrin treatments 3-4 days apart. The mite eggs take three days to hatch, so obviously using permethrin treatments a week apart would give the mites time to hatch, and for those hatchlings to lay eggs too before the next treatment.

After doing this have you still been scabies free? or do they come back once you stop using the bleach???

Ok so I will say speak about my experience in short. I got scabies (dont know how which is the scary part, and def. was not sexually associated). Thankfully my family has not been effected (I have limited contact). So went to the docs and was told it was nothing, then it got worse and itchy and went back a week and a half later. I was online like a mad woman and saw scabies, the doc then treated me for scabies. At this point it had been like three weeks maybe more that i had had these critters in my skin. I them started treatment of the creams and even the oral medication. The real problem is that Docs do not put enough importance on the proper way to treat this infestation including washing everything and continual treatment. The God send FINALLY was FOOD GRADE DIATOMACEOUS EARTH!!!! I had been reading about it and ordered a 2 lb bag along with dust mite and allergen proof bedding. I treated my room and washed everything daily. I decided to after a shower just put the DE all over my body and it worked. I was rid of the effen Scabies. The itch was still there and lasts a bloody long time so i was perscribed claritin (any OTC will do).......However...after getting too confident after finally a week of scabies freedom, yes i saw a few new bites on me the other day and it was my own fault. I did not continue with the upkeep cleaning and putting the DE on me. Now I am going all out and going to continue this treatment of DE, sulfer8 shampoo, dusting DE in my room and not wearing the same clothing 2x without washing it for at least a month. Bottom line DE (food grade) is the way to go just keep it up for at least a month to make sure that you will never have this horrible life changing problem again. I will update in a month or so. Good luck all!!!

Just an FYI so you guys know what worked for me. I used GNC Clove bud oil mixed with Nutiva Organic extra virgin coconut oil (you could also use other carrier oils like olive oil) on my entire body (be careful on sensitive areas like your face and genitals or any other mucous membranes). This kills the scabies. I also took two baths with epsom salts and 20 Mule Team Borax. Make sure if you take the bath you put some oil on your neck and face so the scabies can't crawl out of the water and into your hair to escape. In addition I happened to have some Triphlax lying around which possibly is a good internal cure so I took those for a few days as well. I used the clove oil mixture for several days straight until I had no new bites, and then reapplied it a couple more times over the course of the three weeks (the eggs die after 21 days). Don't skimp, make sure you re-apply at least every week just to be sure. Wash your clothes and bedding with a cup of borax and warm or hot water, along with soap, every day for the first week at least. If you see any new bites appear be very rigorous in re-applying the clove oil mixture and washing your clothes in borax again. Sprinkle borax on your carpet and vacuum it up after letting it sit. Also consider using Lysol on the carpet and everything else that may be contaminated. Also consider sanitary wipes for things like your cell phone or anything else you use. A more natural alternative for disinfecting is Bragg's (or similar) organic apple cider vinegar with the mother. Just remember these critters can be quite resilient, especially if you have a bad case.
Clove oil WILL irritate your skin, so make sure to spot apply it for 20-30 minutes to see if it hurts you, and remember certain areas like your face and genitalia will be more sensitive. It is a good idea to use some sort of moisturizer after or with the clove oil. After the initial treatment I used neem oil which smells like onions a lot but is really great for your skin. Alternatively you could use a high quality lotion (I always use one with dimethicone in it, the others usually aren't very effective). A lot of the time you will still itch for a week or more after the scabies are dead because the eggs and other debris they leave behind are allergens (that is why you itch). To remedy this the neem oil is effective or you can use an anti-itch cream like Benadryl. I always played it safe by reapplying high strength clove oil / coconut oil mixture wherever I felt an itch during the week or two it took for my itching to die down completely.
Just remember to trust your intuition and your body, you will know intuitively when they are dying off, even if you keep itching for a little while.
Natural alternatives are often more effective AND SAFER than allopathic prescription drugs. If you don't want to resort immediately to the prescription drugs (which are either dangerous or the critters are now resistant to), this is a really effective alternative.
Note that I had a very mild case which I caught early. But I have heard clove oil and the other things I mentioned working for even extreme cases. There WAS a scientific study that showed clove oil kills the little buggers, too, if you're the sort of person who needs scientists to tell you what's true and what's not, despite the reality that in today's world these people are just trying to make you sick to profit off you when you seek help. Don't trust them. Trust yourself and trust the common folk who have experience curing their problems naturally. Always look for a natural cure first; you and your family will be better for it.
Thanks to all the people who helped me find this natural cure. I had to share what I learned as my way of giving back. Though the world is a dark place today, a world absorbed by materialism and $$$$, a world where Jews run the media, the "educational" system, and the government (see AIPAC control of politics), and are destroying us from within, hope yet exists!

Tried the lotion for scabbies and we all got sick. take a chlorine bath, and wash all clothes and bedding. Get mattress covers from the store. Try the marker test on skin to verify scabbies.

Here's what we have found--scabies can not tolerate temps above 120 degrees. Use an iron with a steam setting to steam the sheets/ pillowcases etc every morning or toss them into a hot dryer for 30 minutes. Clove oil will kill the buggers on contact--use a q-tip and dot it on to every bite--just be careful...it burns. You can find clove oil in the tooth ache section. Sulphur powder (1 Tbsp) mixed into petroleum jelly (9 Tbsp) + some baby powder to mask the sulphur smell is gooey but effective too. Mix it up, wear clothes you don't care about and sit around in a greasy mess for several hours, shower it off, dot the clove oil onto the spots and you should feel much better in a couple of days....

I just recently went through the same thing. i thought it was never going to go away! i used the permethrin the first night, washed all my sheets, vaccuumed the couches, beds and anything i could think of. Lysoled the couches and my bed before and after vaccuuming.. But it didn't feel like anything changed, i was itching like crazy and still had the bumps pop up. I used another treatment of the permethrin and again did the whole cleaning routine over again. I felt 10x worse, the bumps were coming in a larger quantity and i was getting them in places i hadn't had them or didn't notice before. it scared me soooo bad, i always felt like something was in me crawling around laying its nasty little eggs. lol this was back around Feb 14 and i would do random spot treatments with the leftover permethrin on any new spots i saw. A month later i'm still a little itchy but its clearing up and i haven't noticed anything new coming up. I feel so much better and think in a couple more weeks it will all be gone. The permethrin treatment will make things worse before they get better, hang in there guys, i promise it will get better! just give it time.:-D i'd say a normal case will clear up about 6-8 weeks after the permethrin treatment and i would recommend at least 2 treatments, a week apart. Don't overtreat yourself, permethrin is a type of toxin, you just have to deal with it for a little but i guarantee it will go away!
