hi, i just had a miscarriage march 26th. i just recently found out that i am pregnant again, but yesterday and today when i use the bathroom i am bleeding. it's not a flow, it's just there when i wipe. i went to the docyor and they told me they see the preg. in my uterus but im to early for them to see the baby. i'm just scared that i may be having another miscarriage. please someone tell me what couldd be going on!!!!!
