my husband started out with a white spot between his scrotum and leg it now feels like a hard lump and leaks out pus and blood it as happened before and cured it self but it keeps coming back can you advice me what to do
Does it appear on the same place every time? By the way you described it, I think it is an ingrown hair. This usually happens after shaving but not necessarily. The area around scrotums is moist and dump, there is no ear and after a lot of sweating, it happens what happened.

Whenever I get an ingrown hair, I make my own product. I use corn flour and mix it with mild and I make a mass. I apply this mass onto my skin and then exfoliate. This way I get rid of the old skin cells giving a hair a chance to get out on the surface of the skin. Once it gets out I take pincers and take it out.

This may also be just an ordinary pimple, probably caused by the same factors as ingrown hair. I may decide to use something that dries pimples, you can always ask at the pharmacy.

I suppose these are painful? Is it only one every time on the same place?

I also heard about products that are advertised to get rid of ingrown hair, ie that allow them to get out on the surface but I don’t know if they work. They are called Ingrown go and Ingrow rescue. They can be found online.

When I shave my pubic hair, I often get big boils between my leg and my scrotum. I've been getting these for around 8-10 years. To start with, they were small and rarely painful and I could live with them. Nowadays, they grow to quite a large size (not huge), really sting outside, accompanied by an internal, more throbbing kind of pain and I can only just about walk, sit down or get up from sitting down. I find that when I have a hot bath, the pain goes away while I am in it and it feels better, but, as soon as I get out, my scrotum (which is by then relaxed and 'saggy') hangs down and the pain is so intense I have to cup my scrotum. At this point, I can only walk with my legs spread wide apart. When they burst, I get a smelly (stinky) pus just running out like a tap. It's beigey brown in colour to start with then it changes to blood. When that stops, the smell lingers as the boil keeps seeping a disgusting fluid for around 2 weeks which absolutely stinks. Like a fish that has been dead for about a week. Can anyone PLEASE tell me what this is as it seems to be getting worse. Thank you. _[removed]_

What you are experiencing sounds like an abscess. Probably staph (MRSA). If you have extra fat on your thighs and they rub together, it creates a wonderful little breeding ground for those little suckers to get into a micro abrasion in the skin or a pore and away they go. When you get one that feels warm to the touch like it has a fever and hurts like the dickens, goto the doc and get some bactrim and have him lance it. Its not pleasant but it definitely speeds the healing process. One thing you don't want is systemic staph. Luckily our bodies have a natural defense mechanism and we seal the area around the abcess off. Just as a precaution I would also get checked for diabetes and HIV just as a precaution to make sure you don't have an auto immune problem also.
