I have heard that drugs can be passed to female thru semen. For example, if a woman is allergic to a drug she can have side effects if husband is taking drug & they have sex. Can a mans drug use be passed to a female & cause her to have a positive drug test?

I have never heard of this happening. However, you did not specifiy the type of drug you are using. Prescription or other? If you are a habitual user of a drug for instance marijuana, you fat tissues store THC and can test positive in a urine test three weeks after total withdrawl. This can be utilized with other drugs depending on how they are administered to the body (what form).
