OK. I've got into a habit of checking my husbands boxers when he goes for a shower. There are always white stains in them. Does this mean he's cheating on me at work or has someone got his attention?? I've asked him why and he says it just happens and that's why it gets there. He's 37 and has no health issues.

That's completely normal for lots of men every day. Some of us are just so full of semen all the time that bending over and our jeans pushing on our penis or prostates or groins can make semen drip out of our penises and onto our underwear at any time. Also, most men do get random erections with no stimulation or woman needed to make our penis erect many times a day, just like teen boys always have spontaneous erections, grown men do too. Lots of men do leak semen and clear pre cum with most or every erection they have, no matter what the causes making us hard. Your husband is a healthy and normal grown man and its no sign of him cheating or desiring other women. Its just how lots of us men are built and function. Most teen boys having no sex at all have semen stained boxers. Its simply part of being a fertile man.
