I have been having strange sensations in my scrotum or testicles daily for the past few months. It feels like an intense tingling or bug crawling sensation. It is worse when I am sitting or recumbent. My scrotum appears to be moving when I am having the sensation. I don't seem to be having a lot of pain but an occasional dull ache in my testicles and a stiff lower back. Any thoughts?
I'd see a doctor quick as this sounds like a possible PARASITE!
