Hi Guys, am new here.
Got a question for you. Yesterday, my hands shook pretty badly, and my heart beat was a bit erratic. I felt light headed.
At first I thought it's because I haven't had a proper meal since breakfast (I had the episode at about 3pm), so I went and had a late lunch. The symptoms subsided but did not quite disappear.
I have had these previous symptoms before, but never all at once like it did yesterday.
Any idea what my body is trying to tell me.
Btw, I'm a 28 year old female... pretty healthy, slightly underweight.
Been going to the gym pretty regularly lately...
Would appreciate your feedback. Thanks!

You may want to have your glucose and thyroid levels checked.
Hello there aizan,
Well these symptoms could easily be signs of anemia and if you are not eating properly and you are exercising and you are underweight it is probably that your body is letting you know that you have overreacted.
Try to eat healthy foods rich in calories before you go to the gym because your body needs energy and it is getting energy from the foods. Also, increase intake of the fluids into your organism because dehydration often can cause similar symptoms as you have described.
If you experience the same episode again I would suggest seeing your doctor because than you will need to do certain tests to find out what is going on with you.
