What is just gross, shaving? If you think it is, don't do it. Vaginas can be licked either way. I spent many hours with my face attached to my girls vagina back in the 50s when shaving was practically unheard of. I discovered how delightful shaved was when my wife came home from the hospital with our first baby but that didn't last long as she didn't like being bald. That didn't stop me from giving her plenty of face time over the years.
So do what pleases you or do it for your bf but do get licked.
