Hi, I'm 19 years old and I'm a 32-G bra size. According to most things I have read, I should weigh around 145-150 pounds, taking into account my height, sex, and frame size. I weigh 164 pounds, and I'm wondering if I really am 15(ish) pounds overweight, or if it's just another one of those things that doesn't take into account my body type. Anybody have any ideas?
BTW, anyone know of any good stores for my bra size? I'm getting desperate over here... (my grandmother was a HHH!) I want some good bras, but I'm also a student paying my own tuition, so it has to be relatively cheap too.
Thanks for your help!!

The chart that you were reading is called a Body Mass Index (BMI). It dose not take into consideration the amount of muscle you may have developed in your accumulative body mass. The best way to tell is through a fitness test and assessment. This can be done through taking measurements and stress tests. It will determine how much your heart is labored during activity. Blood test is another way to tell if your are obese.
