You don't say how old she is, and it could be considered abuse or even incest, depending what you do. It may come back to haunt you in the future. You don't say much about the family. Can you talk to your husband/her father and discover what he thinks?
If she is 13+, she could get some advice here, although I would monitor/discuss with her what she discovers (all advice is not necessariy good). Discovering whose advice you can trust and private message them is one option.
