Should I seek hemmorhoid surgery?

Hello I am 18 yrs old and have been having wat I believe are hemorrhoid problems, every time I have a bowel movement I experience painful burning and minor blood after, then later on I have to wipe again because I have discharges and a burning feeling throughout the day and I work and I have to put up with the pain and burning . Wat should I do ??? I'm tired of dealing with this...
