I woke up like every other day, and went to team practice and did my run. After the run the team will play volley ball and talk. Well I was in the wrong place at the wrong time... I didnt know that other students were teaching there friends to drive standards. So I was standing there talking to one of my good friends (he was in his car, i was standing there). And another student hit me from the back, pinning me in between the two cars.
After going to the e.r. and about 20 doctors and everything else. I am where I am at right now, asking for advice about trainging. Right now my doctor said that I can ride a bike, and I have been doing that everyday. But I feel like I am not getting any benfit out of it, (I have a leg brace incase I fall). What they told me that happen was, the injury is in my bone marrow. And since it didnt break the femur, it would take alot longer to heal.
- Thanks for you time.

Stay with your doctors advice until he/she says you can do otherwise.
Simple as that.

Wow, that sucks! I'd have to agree with Pharlap, listen to what the Dr. has to say. That's not some regular running injury, so I don't have any advice on how long it will take to heal.
wow, that's awful. glad you weren't hurt more seriously.
and i agree with what's been said, this isn't a "running" injury. listen to the MDs. hope you recovery is fast and strong!
