I have been having terrible bouts of heartburn late at night, and I have not been able to solve it by taking home made remedies (OK, I mean yoghurt!). I don't really want to take a pill like gaviscon advance for my heartburn, but the symptoms are causing me trouble sleeping and I want to be rid of the heartburn. Can you tell me if gaviscon advance has any side effects?
I don't think so. As far as I know, gaviscon advance is just one of those magnesium based tablets that will help you get rid of your heartburn really fast. You should not take them every day, because that is not good for you, but every now and then there is nothing wrong with taking a tablet like gaviscon advance.
