My experience with M3 has been: Night 1) Highly increased itching & irritation on the first night for a few hours then it got milder the more I went to the restroom. Night 2) same thing but to a lesser degree. Night 3) same deal but I could definitely tell by the much lesser degree of itching & pain that it had worked because it was very mild.

I was practically sick all of April and taking so many antibiotics caused me to have a yeast infection. This was my first one and had been miserable down there for a week so i ended up trying Monistat 1 because i wanted quick relief. After inserting the suppository, i did feel instant itching and burning and felt this for about 3 hours. Yes, it was extremely uncomfortable, but as soon as it went away my itching that i had been miserable from for a whole week was gone. So for anyone reading this, don’t get freaked out from all of these other reviews. Yes, it does burn at first but it’s worth it because it gives you quick relief. That’s the whole point of this medication. It does what it says it’s supposed to do. Get through the first day and you’re good. I do suggest taking it at night because gravity is not your friend and you will discharge. I hope this helps.

I tried Monistat 1 for the first time. Omg all these reviews are real. I took it an hour before getting on a four hour flight. Bad idea. I thought I was going to die. Literally felt sick. 6 hours later I am finally where I can put ice on my vagina. It seems to be helping. I also put neosporin on the swollen outer parts to help. I am just hoping tomorrow isn’t like this. NEVER AGAIN.

I used monistat 1 and now symptoms of a yeast infection are worse. Will these symptoms improve, or go away? I never used this before and I don"t like it. What should I do? Used it last night around midnight.
