Single white pimple on scrotum (~ 3 months) - Sexually Active Male received unprotected oral sex

ive had same thing appear got myself checkd by doctor ran blood tests and even screen analysts they say im good but i still am cautious and rather concernd

Can I just say, I've had testicular cancer and its nothing like what any of you are describing. TC is usually always inside the scrotum and actually on the testicle itself. It is most likely a blocked sweat gland, if it's not painful or itchy.

Just have to say, I had a pencil eraser sizes pimple that looked like what they call "scrotum cysts" for about 5 years and I read about people removing them theirselves.

Anyway just now I sprayed my penis numbing agent which is like super dragon 5000, anyway I sprayed it on and around the cyst and 5 minuts later I cleaned it off, cut a tiny slit with a sterilized knife on the top of the cyst (did not hurt at all) and squeezed the side and I could see it clump out. It got to the point where it was just barely attached to the skin and I thought it would hurt pulling it off but it didnt.. so in the paper towel I just had a little white ball of gump.. and it looks as if it was never there.
