I too suffered from sinus issues, which resulted in my sinus draining and lodging in my throat. This would feel like i needed to cough up or swallow what was sitting there. This led to numerous infections as it just sat there growing bugs and then would travel to my chest. I would also suffer from dizziness quite a lot. I believe people with sinus also suffer from hayfever.
I have discovered "Nelsons Pollenna" a natural antihistamine. So I start taking this in febuary and complete the box. I then take when I feel symptomatic. It seems to drain my sinus and makes me feel human again.
I have taken pollenna for 2 conseqative years now and my symptoms have decreased and my infections have reduced so much that my annual 2 infections a year have ceased.
I really recommend that you try these. My family and friends are all converts.

I'm so sorry you are going through all this. Sounds like what I am going through from only one upper root canal and now I have so many problems with face swelling, sinus and now both ears. I can not believe all of this is happening to me after one $4,000 root canal. I do not know what to do now.. I have never had problems with my ears ever and now they are seriously messed up. I know it is from the root canal. I think I need to pull the tooth out and get an implant at this point after reading a bunch of research.. Prayers for you also.

I've been getting sinus pressure where you can feel it in the top teeth, tension head aches, thick clear post nasal drip (with the occasional green chunks), lightheadedness, fatigue and my eyes feel tired.

I have struggled for years and am disabled because of it.First get you immune system stronger to help with infectio and fatigue.Take ascorbic form vitamin C at least 6,000 aday or just to the point of getting loose stool.Go to your health food store and ask for some one to help you with a few anibacteria and anti fungal herbs to help kill some of the germs and high doses of garlic and oregano are super. An get a netty pot to clean out your nose with sea salt 2-3 txs a day................good luck and hurry to the store. I have tons of pressure in my face often and blow my nose for about 5 minutes every morning. I also occasionally smoke and still eat dairy.
I started snorting warm salt water - it helps so much.
Now, I will give up cheese and chocolate for a while to see if that is the issue.
Sinus sufferes need to try:
getting off processed foods completely
no dairy or alchohol
stay off red meat
excercise 3 times per week
Then see how bad everything is.

Sleep apnea is when your breathing repeatedly stops and starts as you sleep. Nasal congestion can contribute in aggravating the situation. Whether or not it is sleep apnea (I doubt it) try using nasal strips instead if the nasal sprays don't work. Might help in improving airflow.

I've had chronic sinusitus since 1986. Daily swelling, aching, pressure etc. I notice slight weather changes, clouds moving around, weather changes etc. I also have what I thought was blood pooled on the sides of the nose (that's what I was told) because of congestion. Now I'm not so sure as I can't find info on it online. It makes it hard to think straight and makes me very tired. I had sinus surgery for two of my problems almost 2 years ago and I'm glad I did. However, it didn't cure the sinusitis. GRR! Recently found a link between my sinusitis, mild asthma and my vitamin d deficiency. I brought my Vit D levels up finally with very high doses of d3 and mag chelate but it hasn't cured my sinusitus (though I've seen some changes). Some times my face throbs and tingles and I always feel it down the back of my neck. My story is a long one (way beyond the sinusitus)and I won't go into it. But I sure would like to get rid of this once and for all so I could function daily. I do not have a normal persons energy level and I don't know if it's related to the sinusitus or not. CarolB
