I also had sinus surgery almost 2 years ago. Took care of two of my problems and I'm glad I had it done but it didn't cure the sinusitis. I do believe it's slowly changing for the better but very slowly. I'm doing tons of cultured foods and probiotics for the gut (was also found to have candida). After I started the D3 I read about C and went to the Vitamin C Foundations website and listened to an interview with a doctor. The result of that was that I did a C flush and now I'm taking 30 grams daily in divided doses. Been in an ongoing healing crisis for 2 months with the last two weeks being severe. Throbbing muscles, body aches, headache the last several days (mild migraine type) and occasional diarrhea. Sleeping a lot. I keep thinking that one of these days I will wake up and feel like a million bucks and it will last more than a day (it will continue). I just read a good book on juicing by Andrew W. Saul and I'm reading some of his other books. He has a site called doctor yourself and I'm very impressed with him. I'm back making vegetable smoothies with fruit in my vita mix. I've been doing green smoothies for a number of years now.

i think you are sleeping with you mouth open. causing you to get dehydrated that is why you feel tired in the morning. try researching about mouth breathing if indeed your mouth is open when you sleep.

I had sinus surgery in 2012. I experienced 2 years of relief. For the last 5 months the symptoms are back and are more serve. The newest symptom is the burning in my face. I am tired all the time and the symptoms worsen as the day progresses. I had a CAT scan and will see the doctors tomorrow for result. I am light headed, dizzy, and my vision is blurred and my ears are blocked.

I'm on here trying to find anyone with a swollen eye as well because my opthamologist says its allergy, but I know it's not and I also have a blockage in my nose, same side as swollen eye. Going back to the ent Monday hopefully for an answer. Have you figured anything out yet?

My dear friend, I have felt exactly this way for about five years and am now used to it. I am planning to sleep tomorrow the whole day and I am averaging 12-15 hours a day. I manage to go to uni but am struggling skipping classes unless it starts at 11am. I am always too tired. I ended up not using anything any more antibiotics don't help me. Sometimes I think it's some curse. Don't know how to make you feel better maybe try homeopathy remedy called lycopodium it's helpfull

I have sinus pain as well.. Mostly across my face under the eyes.. I used to get chronic ear, nose, and throat infections when I was a child.. I had sinus surgery so at least more often than not I can breathe through my nose but I still have sinus pressure especially when I am worn out.. Nothing really helps..

Try acupuncture and chiropractor adjustments. It may help.

I am on the Flonase, and just finished my Augmentin for two weeks. So I write today in my 4th week, as now the sinusitis is kind of gone, BUT I still have heavy eyes, they move around slowly (driving I feel it the most), headache is like 1 out of 10 in the pain scale, and just morning sinus stuffiness which ends up going away by day. But eyes still feel weird and slow. ENT doctor said the only way they could figure out more stuff is the CT scan, which would cost a hefty $800 US. I know over a year since your posting, but did you find any remedy to this?

I have been feeling ill once October, dizzy all the time, fuzzy head more often than not turns into a migraine I'm and so tirednall the time, I get up with the symptoms, I want to sleep as soon as I get up! Blood tests don't show anything is wrong but I know I'm not right. Had MRI last week, saw the dr today he says is a sinus infection And put me on antibiotics, just hoping they sort me out.

Hi. My daughter has had something similar and we found out it may be something called vocal cord dysfunction. Google it! Oddly, it is more common in females, than males. Good luck to you!
