Six weeks after my child was born, .I got on the Depo Shot for the first time which was back in April 08. Had some light bleeding for about 2 weeks into the shot and cramping. i still cramps once in a while but no bleeding. I went back for my second shot in July 08. A few weeks later I started feeling very light headed and started getting these headaches that I never felt before. They last for a good 10 to 30 seconds and they're gone. Also, my hair started falling out everytime I brushed it. Then one day I was in the shower and as I'm running the conditioner through my hair, I had these huge blobs of my hair were in my hand. I screamed and had my husband look it up on the internet to see if the depo shot had these side affects and it did. Thats when I said no more shots! I still had 10 weeks to go before it can get out of my system. So if any of you are experiencing these symptoms, its most likely the depo shot.
Now the real question to you ladies....I was suppose to get my 3rd depo shot on Wed, Oct 22 and my husband I and had relations on Fri, Oct 24. Could it be possible that I could still get pregnant even it was a few days after I was suppose to have the shot? (remember, I wasn't going to get the shot anymore) The reason I'm asking this is because the last couple of days I've been cramping and today, Nov 2, I feel nauseus. I know its been only a week, but I'm hoping someone can help...
