No those glands are in a girl! So i'm wondering if their blocked somehow or if its the bartholin's gland. How do you know if they are blocked or not, because I never felt like tight pressure before till now and its uncomfortable. Can they get blocked?

And ya sometimes it does feel like that and my body tenses up, and I try to relax to see what happens but nothing ever does and it just feels like a really tight uncomfortable pressure, and it kind of hurts in a way. Not sure how to get it so it doesn't feel that way, or is something wrong?

Skenes glands can get blocked and abcess. See a good gyno if this is still happening.
