Hi I had an abortion...please don't judge it was for a medical reason about 5 months ago and the gynocologist but me on the pill. I took the pills for two months and had a normal period the second month as the first was off due to the abortion. But I skipped my period last month, i went straight to the next pack without taking the sugar pills and now it is one week before my period and I am spotting and cramping but I have been experiencing cramps on and off for the whole month is this occuring because I skipped my period or is it implantation?

Hi there, I'd like to join in with bambi and say sorry that no one had gotten to you earlier but I hope that you are doing better now and that you have actually started your period as normal. I know that it's probably not because of pregnancy but because of your pills or something along those lines so I don't think there's cause for concern or anything like that. My period has started before my week off the pill. I have skipped the week off for the last 3+ weeks, could that be the reason? I haven't had this happen before and I regularly skip the week off with no problems.
