for the last two weeks I am having slight irritation after passing urine, It feels as though couple of droplets are still in the urethra. also during masturbation I am unable to maintain a total erection its like semi erect and slight pain after ejaculation near the head.It just feels a bit uncomfortable. Any ideas, I am 36 and do general exercise etc Thanks
