to london and came back i didnt shower for 3 days and then i showered on wednesday

came in the condom and i went upstairs and took it off and rubbed off the the semen with water and then i went out wearing 3 pants and i was running and playing basketball
and sweating but the same night ive been getting this pain in my pubic
area but i dont see anything wrong and the bumps are still there. can someone help me please??
3 pants? thats way too much i think. you should always allow that region free of heat. 1 clean pant should do, and donot wear more than once.
