I have these small circular bumps on my body that appears in various places on my body such as my arms, hands, legs , feet and is now appearing/spreading to my neck. Sometimes it itches and these bumps leaves marks on my skin after its gone. What is this called , how can i stop it from appearing on my skin and how can it be treated ?

Same here o my gosh! Started around my stomach now its spreading on my neck back legs and arms. Some are red some have white heads. It's little bumps and a lot of them. How could anyone get this and why what is this! Dr gave me Triamcinolone Acetonide a higher dosage of Hydrocortisone. It's lil effective but its still spreading. HELP ME
