I am 24 year old. I found a small lump which is beneath my urethera (i.e, shaft). I have self examined based on the testicular cancer. There is no pain or lumps in testis.
It doesn't create any pain. Is it a problem due to mastrubation and also I am underweight.

I am the same guy posted the topic. That's actually pimple due to some oily substance.
