hi everyone. I sometimes feel my testicles for any sign of abnormality, but within the past couple of weeks i felt a small lump on my left epididymis and i'll feel the pain if I just press it with a finger. I feel no pain on my right side even if I apply greater pressure. does anyone has this sort of issue before? please tell. should I be worry that it may lead to something more serious? thanks in advance for your reply
