I'm 14 and have had a really small penis. It is not a micro penis though. I am still hitting my puberty but I have hit puberty everywhere but my voice and my penis size. I have pubic hair and all that other stuff but my penis is still small and my voice is too help?

3-4" is average for a 13-14 year old erect. For an adult it is 5.1".
