Hi. I'm 22 years old male and I'm pretty frightened right now because I believe I have caught some sexually transmitted disease.
I can't believe that this happened to me. You see, about four days ago I slept with one girl and I have never seen this girl before. It was just one night stand and I'm the only one with the consequences. Yesterday I have noticed these small soft growths in my crotch. I know that they weren’t there before.
Please tell me that this isn’t something serious and that I could recover from it completely!

Well, you haven’t given a lot of data to think off but I could say that it is probably some STD.
I'm thinking on genital herpes. It hasn’t to be herpes but to be sure, you should contact your GP and let him determine what the precise diagnosis is. I'm sorry to say but there is no cure for herpes because it is viral disease. Also, some other things could cause your growths. These could include non-specific dermatitis caused by friction rub from underclothing, or maybe some bacterial inflammation of hair follicle especially if you practice shaving of genitals.
The bottom line is that you could never know what your problem is until you contact some urologist or dermatologist.
