small visible lump on one side in back of throat

is it white? if it is its probably a tonsil stone. you get those if bacteria, mucus, including dead cells get trapped. when this happens you will end up getting a small white debris that is in your tonsils that is in the back of your throat on both sides. i know because i usually get them and they will go away on their own so theres no need to worry. if this isnt it you might want to go check with a doctor just to make sure youre okay. hope this helps and sorry if its not what your question meant.
