small white bald spots from pimples on top of my head

Hi there. Did you ever get an answer to this problem? I have the same problem but not only do i get them on my head, i seem to get them everywhere. I told my doctor about it and he prescribed me, doxycyclin and it works but as soon as im done with my months work of medication, they come back with a vengance. It sucks. Like i said, i get them on my head,face,chest. Its a darn mess and they are painfull. Not to mention that its very emberrising to have and get haircuts. Please let me know if youve came up with some type of word that defines this problem or something. thanks for listening and hope for a reply.
