Well, I have a problem. I didn't known that (15yrs old) smegma sticks underneath the head of the penis and when I fully retracted my penis I was shocked. There is a gross huge built up of smegma and next to it a lot of rusty yellowish chunks of smegma. My penis is very sensitive and when I try to clean it I just can't. Plus I'm kind of afraid too. Please help me.

It is NORMAL for your penis to be very sensitive - almost painful. The glans has been covered and the nerves aren't used to being touched. You will get used to it.
You NEED to clean the smegma off. Use lots of water and your finger. Take your time.
