SMOOTH MUSCLE ANTIBODIES.

HI please can you help me i have nuerological problems and my nuero thinks its either M.S or systemic lupus but all tests are normal except smooth muscle antibodies showing a vascular pattern i am unsure what this means? also my CF on lumber puncture come back on a occasion as posative and my evoked potentials of my eyes came back delayed,although my brain mri was normal except for empty sella syndrome i had an operation to reduce fluid.I have sjogrens dry eye and mouth and virgina.but my main question is my SMA test posative ?
