I just can't seem to catch up on my rest! I have been eating balanced meals...4-5 small meals each day. I take vitamins for women and a B-12 each day. I hardly want to eat mostly during the day because I will want to crash immediately following! I have caught myself wanting to skip meals trying to get more done around the house because I know how it will effect me within 10 minutes after I eat. What can I do about this?

I have the same issue. i'm 120 lbs and I also skip meals so that I can keep my energy level up and get things done. I'm sorry to hear this for you but at least I know that it's not "depression" thats what the Dr's try to convience my of. My life couldn't be better with a new job at a hospital and a wonderfull 2 year relationship my kids are older 15,16,18. I don't have anything to be depressed about other than this cronic sleepy state associated with food.

It could be possible that you have developed a food intolerance to something you are eating. I have food intolerance to things like wheat, fruit lactose, etc. which makes me very tired if I eat them so I try to avoid them as much as possible.
