I've only had sex once, but the bumps came out recently, like a month or two ish back. Is there anything wrong with me?

hello again! so I have been using vagisil antifungal cream. It's blue in color, the tube I mean. However, it isn't working really well. Do you know any otehr anti-fungal cream that I can by over the counter that is stronger? Thanks!
