I have no idea what's wrong, and have had two doctor's trips that have resulted in nothing, and we haven't really done any tests or anything yet for some reason. It started as an on an off kind of thing, but now it's just been consistant for atleast 3 or so months now. We're cut off of insurance until April 1, so I can't get help again until then (same insurance company as last time, we were only cut off for one month).
For the past 6 months I've been light headed, slightly dizzy somedays, fatigued, foggy head/can't think straight, losing focus, and just generally feeling ill.
Recently my chest had begun hurting on the left side, and my arm and jaw as well. My chest has been tight or feeling like theres pressure on it, and it feels like I'm breathing through a straw. I've had a head ache for the past few days coming and going for long periods of time.
I eat a very healthy diet, get annual blood tests to check my health, and I try to exercise but since these symptoms had begun I can't stay on the treadmill for more than 5 minutes before exhaustion hits me.
I just want an idea of what may be going on. I feel like I'm losing my head. I know I can't take answers from the internet as full medical diagnosises, but this has been an issue that's messing with me horribly. Has anyone experienced this before? What was your outcome?
