some type of vaginal bump!!!

hello. i'm 16 years old. i recently noticed a type of bump thats not in my vagina, its on the outside. It's an inch or so before my butt. [ if that makes sense ] at my first glance, i thought it was a wart, but i touched it, & it was squishy-like. I took a mirror to look & it was red and about the size of a pea. it doesnt give me much pain, unless i touch it obviously. but when i am walking i don't feel it.. I'm not sure what it is, and i would really appreciate it if i could have your opinion on what you think it might be.
