Something in me is moving and i am not having sex... I don't know what it is

I'm 15 and everytime i've sit up in bed tonight something in my upper abdomine on my left side a little lower than by my heart ... Is flipping/moving someone please tell me what it is im so worried .... It's in the front and i don't know what it is please comment back qSomething oiuickly
