XD Hey, I also thought this problem was isolated to me when I was really young. I remember that my pediatrician in the early 1970's called them - brace yourselves - "Cheesy Deposits" - EWWWW! He said it was normal. As I got into my 30's, I realized that my parents in their 50's also had them by talking to them and having to deal with their fowl breath problem. It is unmistakable when you have personally had them. I never had them again until I was 35 or so. This is very personal but I must share to try to make sense of this to help others who may be keeping secrets. First, I am a smoker. Second, in early 200's I was sexually assaulted leading me to choose hard drugs to snort to "self medicate" my misery. As soon as I started to put foreign substances up my nose = the would appear the next day. If I stopped for a couple of weeks, they were gone again. So besides your diet, it could be what type of things you put in your body that maybe should not be there. Like your body rejecting a foreign substance and pushing the impurities out. Who really knows? Hope this helps explain something...ME :-|
