Hi Billy. I presume that you have masturbated before without any problems so I'm sure there is nothing to worry about. Just relax and enjoy yourself. As you masturbate your heart rate will increase, and this may be what is causing your head aches. Assuming you don't get headaches during normal activity then please don't worry.

The soreness usually comes from some irritation or from some kind of injury. Have you had any injuries lately in your head? The fact is that masturbation can not really affect your head soreness. If you have a bad blood pressure, this might be a cause of the issue with the head but it is unlikely that this can be caused by the masturbation. Have you used any medication to get rid of the soreness? My suggestion would be to stop masturbating for several days and see if you notice any changes. Also try to measure your blood pressure to see if you have any problems with your blood pressure.
