I have noticed that my muscles are sore to the touch. When I touch my arm or leg (just my upper leg though) it hurts a bit, like my muscle is sore. It's also that way with my upper back, just right under my neck across my back. I just noticed this today.
Two other things I've noticed are: thinning hair and at times I feel like I'm walking sideways...I don't really know how to describe this other then that it kind of feels like swaying from side to side when I walk even though I seem to actually be walking straight.
I have had a cold/flu virus within the past week though. I had a cold last week and then a couple of days ago I had nausea, stomach hurting, and diarrhea. This has been going around as others in the family have had this as well. I'm wondering if the sore muscles could be due to the cold/flu virus I seem to have had. Maybe I'm still not completely over it yet.
But the thinning hair and weird feeling when I'm walking once in a while (not that often though, just occasionally) seem to not be something that would be related to the cold/flu virus. That could be a vitamin deficiency and maybe I should take vitamins.
What do you all think about this?

It was so strange that I found this that you wrote. I have been dealing with the EXACT same pain issues. For example, my quads (upper legs) and my triceps (back of my arms) are always sore to the touch. I can barely stand for someone to touch them, I can't even stand to let my kids sit in my lap.
Something that has helped me is alittle combination I found. I am thinking that this is fibromyalgia, a muscle pain syndrome, because I also have a Parkinsonism and Essential Tremor. This all hit me out of no where one night in 2004. The pain started a year ago, and it has not stopped.
Anyhow, something that may halp you is Magnesium capsules, and Co-Q10, about 300 mg/day, L-Glutamine at very high dose of 500 mg and more, and also L-Cartinine....the just is Amino Acids, they are involved in muscular function.
Hope this helps.
