hello, lately i have been extremely tired and have been experiencing pain through my ribs. can someone tell me what this could be? and tell me if it will ever go away?
I have had this problem before the pain for me would begin during the first few practices of sports like volleyball, basketball, and track. It got the worst with track because of all the running I was doing and not used to. After the first few practices though my muscles got used to the workouts and the pain went away. The pain could also be caused by running long distances or weight lifting
