Hi I am a 22 year old male and for probably the past month now my right nipple has been sore not constantly just on and off and to a bit of a touch and I can feel two small lumps under it.

I showed my doctor at the hospital where I go for my monthly appointments (yes I have to have monthly appointments due to other medical conditions I have had since childhood) and she checked them and said it could just be inflamed breast tissue and if it does get really sore to take some panadol which I have not done since it has been sore when I have not got any on hand but then it goes away after a moment.

Well just now though it is sore and before was hurting and I felt it a bit where I can feel the small two bumps and seemed like a very small amount of clear liquid came out so I thought maybe a once of thing but I was wrong I applied a bit of pressure to the nipple and seemed like a tiny bit more came out it dose not poor out but I can feel a wetness and if I wipe my finger on it I feel some on there.

What could this be its 4:30am now I am thinking of going to get checked by my local doctor today since I dont see my doctor at the hospital till 6th of November and do not want to leave it incase it is something serious.

Any advice or information you can give me will help because I am kinda worried about this.
