For the past week i've been trying to scrape off some dried sperm that has hardened on the head of my penis. I haven't made any progress ass i tried to use soap and water to clean it off and also tried to chip it off. i'm starting to get worried pls help

What you are seeing is more likely to be smegma rather than dried sperm, to help soften it and get it off massage some baby oil into the head of you penis at least twice a day and after a few days it should come off easily
