I had unprotected sex roughly eleven days ago, and every day for four days before that. It was about a week and a half after my period, but I'm very irregular, and I don't know when to expect my period, or the general length of my cycle, because it varies from month to month. The past five or six days, I've been spotting, the bleeding ranges from light pink, to bright red, to dark brown. I've been beyond tired, and today, I've been having severe cravings for the most random, and unusual foods. My breasts are slightly tender, and I'm just so exhausted all the time. I've been pregnant before, but miscarried, and this feels very different. I know it definitely sounds like I'm pregnant, but I'm so unsure. What do you think?

Implantation bleeding should only last one to two days and no more.
it should be very light and nearlly un noticable.

The range of colour sounds like your having your period but its just a very light one. Been under any stress?

Implantation bleeding should be light pink or bright red like you've cut your finger. Because the bleeding has lasted around 5 days it does seem like you are not pregnant.

Symptoms like cravings can be all in your head because you know its a sign of pregnancy. So if you think your pregnant you'll start acting like it, take another pregnancy test in say 2 weeks and see we're you go from there.

I just had my period three, and I know this is not it. I bleed very heavily, and when I was pregnant before, I bled for two weeks. Implantation can last much longer than two days, I know from experience.

I have been on so many sites now and everyone is different. I've heard that implantation bleeding can last for 1 day through to 5 and some mistake it for a proper period. Some of the lucky people escape it altogether. I know it's nice for reassurance, I think that's why we're all looking at the same topic. I think like me, you just have to be patient and see what happens. Take an early response test just before your due your actual period and see what happens. Good luck.

I think that this is important to know. I actually have found out that implantation bleeding can last up to two months after pregnancy if you can believe it. I think that the best thing that you can do is realize that things are different for everyone and that it is dependent on the person and to just rely on some medical professional advice and pregnancy tests. I think those are helpful beyond speculation and reading what other people go through. I think it's important to share experiences here certainly, but only you know your body best. What do you think?
