I have been dealing with pressure and pain in my lower left abdominal/groin area for over 1 1/2 years now. I have had a colonscopy done that was fine, a ct scan, cystoscope(bladder was fine), damaged left fallopian tube removed, left ovary removed, and a hysterectomy. My general DR and Urologist were pretty sure it was female related. My gynecologist not so sure, but performed the surgeries. My ovary had a few follicles and the uterine lining tested positive for adenomyosis. My surgery was a week ago. I am now having severe sqeezing pressure in my lower left abdominal area accompanied by rectal pressure and tingling sensation on the left side of my vaginal area. My bowel movements seem to be fine. My gynecologist saw me today and obviously my problem is not female related. I have an appointment scheduled with my general DR now. What should I be questioning? Any ideas as to what is wrong with me?
