started period during supposed ovulation time after stopping

i had my last period on 9-14 and took 2 yasmin BC pills then decided to stop taking them. i am supposed to be ovulating now, but started my period instead, am i still going to ovulate or will that change now that im having a period? i was taking the pill for about 3 months
