SteadyHealth.com Breast Cancer Prevention Initiative

Hello all ladies! I am 45, and had a total hysterectomy over 8 years ago. I was on Zoloft for at least 3 years, but I did get off that stuff, turned my life around and actually do not need that any longer, but, is there just a small possibility that taking these types of meds could cause side effects (not just then) but later? I believe these things the doctors are prescribing is actually turning our cells inside our bodies into a frenzie. Like they probably don't have a clue to what to do since we keep messing with them. I have been having hot flashes, and I really did not think they were due to menopause, since I had that 8 years ago, but since I got off these pills (zoloft) from what I remember, I have been having fluctuations in my body temperature. I actually think of myself as a human combustion machine. I get so hot that I think I may have a stroke. Its pretty bad. I don't always sweat, not at night either, so are these really due to menopause? I did have the sweats way back then, but now, just get hot, and it happens all the time, while I am driving, sitting still, watching tv., eating dinner, sleeping. So I am really unsure of why this is happening. An herbalist recently told me that my hypothalamus could be off, and that would affect the pituitary gland, thyroid gland as well. So I am done with this , getting complete cbc counts done, plus hormones, and I also want them to check my T cell count, B's and all the thyroid stuff, inc the pancreas. Any of this sound like a good idea? Well, if you know of any thing to help me IMMEDIATELY, from these flashes, please write here. I am sick of this. I don't like the HRT because I am scared of it., plus cancer is like rapid in my family. Any ideas ladies? Fast relief?
