Untill the hormones settle down anyway and this is a two way thing you keep your foreskin back and the skin on the glands will dry out and thicken up there for causing less discomfort when the head is touched, I think I understand how you mean by sticky similar to when you graze your skin and the exposed flesh is is touched.
If your going to be having casual sex then you should be using condoms anyway not just to prevent pregnancy but also STDs an STIs

Okay... by the way I feel like ever since I’ve been using baby soap my penis head is a little bit more sticky then usual.. I’m not sure why.... also what about blow jobs or stuff that will probably feel uncomfortable for me.. by sticky I mean... it sort of feels like touching the sticky side of tape how ever it kind of hurts when I touch it how ever when pull my foreskin back and let air touch it or if I pull it back and leave it in my underwear like that then it gets all dry it doesn’t hurt as much.... I just don’t know what to do though because once I put my foreskin back over my penis head it goes all wet and sticky again...

Yes that's because it's soft flesh that hasn't gotten to the air enough to dry it out, when you have it uncovered and the skin changes to dry that natural and if you keep it back like that for a week or so it will dry out an the skin over with start harden an thicken so when it's covered and uncovered it will remain dry, it's how I did mine many years ago and mines dry and not painful even to squeeze hard but still sensitive to light touch. With a blow job the saliva as she starts to suck an lick with help take any painful sensation away and your also be enjoying it to much to notice, you could always leave you foreskin over your glands when you have one.

Oh okay thanks.... I guess I’ll try keeping my penis head back for around a week... for a week do u mean like always pulled back at all times? Also just wanted to say that I feel like my foreskin has started to roll down my penis head a little easier then it used to and I think it’s because the stuff that you have been recommending so thank you

Start off by keeping it back when your at home an nights then if it gets to uncomfortable you can easily sort it out then after around 4 to 5 days keep it back 24/7 for about a week and it should be fine by then. The more you pull it back and push it over the more the opening will stretch allowing it to move easier, 1 more exercise for you sit on a chair with your erect penis out then clench your pelvic floor muscles an hold that will push more blood into the head of your penis making it bigger then while your holding pull your foreskin back you will find it a bit tighter but that will stretch the opening more, repeat 10 times twice a day.

Okay... the problem is though when I pull my foreskin back and then put it in my pants after maybe a minute my foreskin covers a little bit of the bottom of my head so I can’t really get the whole head touching my underwear

You don't need the whole head to be touching anything it just needs to be exposed to the air so the skin dries out.

Ok.. the thing is though there's always a little bit of foreskin covering a tiny bit of the penis head.. if o pull my foreskin down and then let go, it automatically goes back up and covers a tiny bit of the bottom of my penis head does this matter because only like 90% will get dry (by the way this is me I just forgot my password for my account)
