I have all the same symptoms .  It got so bad I ended up in the ER with a SVT arrithmyia .. my heart had been beating at over 225 bpm for over an hour.  they had to stop my heart to make it stop...but when it started back up it was still at 120 and stayed there for weeks.  All my cardio came back fine and the cardiologist said I needed ashrink.  I didn't go because I was sure this was physical.  The second time I went into the hospital for rapid heart beat, a gastro guy came in .  I was soon  diagnosed with a hiatal hernia.  uIt subsided after a few months and some lifestyle changes.  But, now, it has suddenly come back. I can't eat solid food.  My blood pressure is rising again and if anything even remotely upsets me it gets intolerable.  I have a CT scan scheduled for next week.  If the hernia has worsened, I think I may have to demand that they put my stomach back where it is supposed to be, as much as I hate drs and surgeries.  I can't live like this.  I haven't had solid food in 3 months with out loosing my breath or feeling like I am going to have a heart attack.  I would get your stomach checked for sure if you are having those symptoms.  The drs said if I hadn't gotten to the ER in time the SVT could have permanently damaged my heart, possibly killed me.

I too have the same lightheadedness and tingling in the limbs. I went to emergency and they said it was a panic attack, hyperventilation. They gave me a plastic bag to use to calm my breathing. Said I was expelling too much carbon dioxide, causing those sensations. The bag helps calm me down.

Developed the exact same problems after several courses of heavy antibiotics. Spent 2 years being told it was psychological. Finally, went to a GI doc with a fully functional brain, was diagnosed with small intestinal bacteria overgrowth (SIBO), took special antibiotics (rifaximin) and the symptoms went away within two weeks. Now on a special diet (SCD) to ensure a lasting recovering from the problem.

Things you can do:

1. Incline your bed, you can put a pillow beneath where your head rests, your sore throat problem will be resolved.
2. Start on a good diet.
3. See a good GI doc, many GI docs are woefully lacking in know how about SIBO and dysbiosis in general.

Have you ever thought about having an ERCP performed? Have you had your gallbladder removed? S.O.D. has the same symptoms as you are talking about. I'm in the same boat. Going to Indianapolis, Indiana to IU Health they specialize in intestinal dysfunctions. They come highly recommened.

Hello I have had pain in my upper stomach for for six years now. I have been x-rayed , scoped, given blood, had ekg's, angiograms and even stress tests. I had just a stomach ache but one day after an angiogram my heart went racing over 200 BPM. I never had this before. It was suppose to go away but came back in a week and the came back at different levels till this day. I was told it was anxiety even though I really don't have a care in the world and I never had a problem before. A nurse put nitro under my tongue and my heart raced plain and simple. I was given all kinds of heart meds and even anxiety pills that actually did race my heart. Currently a  Chiropractor adjusted my neck and lowered my unexplained high blood pressure and racing heart attacks(tachycardia). He also stopped pain I was having in my chest. I still get attacks but surprisingly my stomach meds (proton pump inhibitors) really do keep me from having labored breathing stomach aches and tachycardia. I get mini attacks but i can stay out of the hospital. I also get some kind of brain fog and feel a little polluted inside when an attack is coming. The medication for my stomach has internal painful side effects but I suffer in bed. It does beat the heart taking off. I have deliberately not taken the stomach pill and I get labored breathing within a day i also get headaches high blood pressure and a slight tachycardia. I didnt take the meds for two days and wound up in the hospital with a heart racing at 170 BPM. Not on doctor can explain this. Most got off the anxiety band wagon.some feel I have a vagus nerve or stomach nerve problem but no one can prove it. Not one Gastroenterology doctor can help to date. When I take the pill I can walk without heavy breathing for weeks but If i ignore the meds Im a mess. I get sick from meds but have to pick my battles. I even will eat and am fine but off med I have a ton of gas pain in back too and have diarrhea. I will drink water and have difficulty breathing off stomach medication.  I havent taken heart pills since they do nothing except slow down my heart rate if an emergency comes but i have to take high dosage meds. i had attack recently went to hospital refused all heart meds and only took stomach medication and neasea meds and my heart rate went down to normal after three hours. This is the same time it takes with heart meds in hospital. I didn't take heart meds for three days recently to experiment because i tried acupuncture and wanted to see if it helped.

I'm.not a doctor but i think its stress and anxiety thats makes you produce extra acid and makes you have stomach pains you might ask where dies the stress and anxiety come from its from worrying about you're health and what the causes might be and that there's no fixing it just relax you're breathing will better its self the more you Stress the more you panic and get desperate and anxious i hot i was helpful good luck

A little baking soda (bi sodium carbonate) in a glass of water. I know it sounds ridiculously simple, but a few minutes after you drink it you'll belch an unbelievable amount of gas out. Very simple old fashion home remedy.

My suggestion would be to see a naturopathic Dr. I hate to sound like a conspiracy theorist but the way they train Dr's now a days is to fix it with a pill. If they cannot fix it with a pill them it must be in your head. It took them 10 years to figure out what was wrong with me. Try to find a naturopathic Dr who is an actual Dr. They are not easy to find but there are some out there. This give them a better perspective so they can look at both sides. If a pill doesn't not work then try something natural. I have been sick for many years. Some Dr's told me it was in my head. So I gave up on traditional medicine. I went to naturopathic way and started to do research on natural ways and tests to find out what was wrong. I started taking suggestions from naturopathic Dr's on diet changes and supplements and I feel much better. Most insurances do not cover naturopathic medicine but I suggest to do some research and try some supplements and diet changes. I started with the autoimmune paleo diet and started to introduce foods back into my diet. I found I am having problems with my adreno gland an that I am sensitive to many foods. I can eat them for a day or to but by day three I feel like I have the flu. If you can at least go to a naturopath and have then runs some test to find out some of the things your body might be lacking. You also do not want to buy supplements over the counter, they are garbage filled with all kinds of fillers or they do not absorb into your body. I know it is not cheap but just do what you can on your budget. I am on disability and cannot afford much but what little I am doing is making a big difference. Are body are not meant to take pills from Dr' that is why there are so many side effects. I do consult with my open minded primary care Dr about what supplements I take and diet changes. I know what is like to be chronicly I'll. Do not give up, keep trying different things until something works that is what i did. God bless and I hope you all feel better soon.

Get checked for H Pylori! I dealt with problems for five years and 15 acid reflux meds. Finally some dude feom the hood told me hpylori, i had to make my dr test me. I had it and treated, within a few days sore throat was gone and my stomach issues are nearly all the way gonw now too, its been three weeks since thw start of a two week antibiotic corse.

It blows my mind that I and so many others are prsecribed ppi's one after the other for acid reflux when drs know 60% of the world has this bacteria its the most common Infection on the planet.

I suggest anyone with acid reflux or symptoms be tested for H.pylori before taking these bogus meds they so frivolously prescribe. its a simple blood or breath test, make them test you!
